Cartsen® Orders and Returns

How do I Place an Order?

Shopping with Cartsen is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

To place your order;

  • Search
  • Search for your item from the search bar at the top of the page o at the bottom if using your mboile device, or just browse from the item menu and sub-menus

  • View
  • Click on your item of choice to view its specifications and add it to your Cart

  • Go to Cart
  • Click on the Cart icon at the top right section of your menu or at the bottom if using your mobile device.
    The cart Icon has a count icon to show you the number rof items present in your cart.

  • Checkout
  • While on Cart, you can update your item(s) quantity or proceed with the item quantity "as is" to the checkout by clicking on the Checkout Button

  • Place your order
  • Choose a payment method and place your order by clicking on the Place Order button.


How Can I Return a Product?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (4 days)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

  • We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster etc).

*You can submit refund requests within a day after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.


Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Yes!
With Cartsen, you need an account to keep track of your orders i.e. Present and past orders. You also need an account for easier checkout on your next shopping event.

Additionally, you can find interesting product offers and available coupons via your Cartsen portal(Account) with your registered account. You may also decide to opt in to receiving Cartsen communications via your portal(Account).

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

You can decide to cancel or change your order.

To do this, log in to you account by clicking the Account word on the website's header or at the bottom of your mobile device, go to orders and click on change or cancel order. This is quite useful when you don want to reach us directly via our contact lines.

How do I Track Order?

To track the status of your order;
Log into your Cartsen account by clicking on the Account word on the website's header or at the bottom of your mobile device.
Go to the Orders section by clicking on the Orders tab.
Find your item and click on "View"
Click on "Track Item" to view its delivery information.
You also receive delivery updates via email or Account mailbox notifications to make it easy to know when your order will be delivered.
