Packing and Shipping
When possible all items to the selected shipping addressee will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple bags or boxes.
Item Availability
Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.
Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our shopping centers until when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. However, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
Groceries, beverages and baby products will be delivered within a day. If it so happens that you do not receive your order within the stipulated time. We kindly request you to contact us (Process can be delayed due to traffic or product unavailability).
Other products can take up to 4 days to be delivered.
Calculating Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time
Warehouse Processing Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse
Once your item is shipped and arrives to your address, you will be notified accordingly.
